The assessment process is multi-faceted, covering several key areas to ensure a thorough evaluation. We conduct a Physical Site Inspection to evaluate access points, perimeter security, and surveillance systems. Our team performs a Threat & Risk Analysis to identify potential internal and external threats, as well as an Operational Security Review to assess existing policies and procedures. Finally, we evaluate Emergency Preparedness plans, ensuring you have a solid response for various crises, from active threats to natural disasters. Yes. The timely submission of a signed Release and Waiver of Liability is absolutely mandatory for participation in any ODI training course.
Given the inherently high-risk nature of the subject matter — including, but not limited to, the use of firearms, live training exercises, and tactical movement — no individual will be permitted to attend or engage in course activities without a fully completed and signed waiver on file.
Participants are required to submit their executed waiver no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled course commencement.
⚠️ Failure to meet this requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of your registration and course fee. No exceptions shall be granted. No refunds shall be issued.
This policy is in place to protect the safety of all participants, instructors, and the integrity of the training environment.
We urge all attendees to complete and submit the waiver as soon as it is received to ensure full compliance and eligibility.
If your waiver is not submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the course start time, your enrollment will be canceled and your course fee forfeited — with no refunds or rescheduling offered.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of our operations and limited course availability, missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
